If a number, a citation, or a resource ID is wrong, write hello@truckcrashlookup.com. Say what is wrong, what it should be, and the official source. Carrier lookups are live federal records. We will not edit a company's FMCSA file here. We will fix our display, our methodology, or our cite if we got those wrong.

The corrections address is for data and citation problems only. Do not send medical details or claim numbers there. Questions about your own crash belong on the case-review form or the phone.
